Sidhivinayak taimes Shimla। In a bid to further enhance transparency and efficiency in the functioning of the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBoSE), Dr. Rajesh Sharma, Hon’ble Chairman of the Board, has announced the launch of a new reform initiative that will draw on the valuable guidance of retired officers and employees. As part of this initiative, HPBoSE will organize a special interaction and dialogue programme with retired officials and pensioners on 18 February 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Board premises in Dharamshala.

The event is designed to tap into the experience and insights of former employees to improve educational administration and to prioritize issues faced by pensioners. Dr. Sharma emphasized that the initiative reflects the Board’s commitment to inclusive governance and aims to build a collaborative platform where retirees can contribute constructively to policy and administrative improvements. The Chairman also assured that the concerns of pensioners will be addressed on priority, and their suggestions will be incorporated into the Board’s ongoing reform measures to strengthen accountability and service delivery.
