Chandigarh :- The school held its Annual Athletic Meet for classes VI and VII . The event was presided over by chief guest Mr. Angad Bir Singh an avid hockey star, Maninder Singh Manku, Regional Head, Institutional Banking and State level player of Handball was also present as a Guest of Honour. The event commenced with the ceremonial March Past led by the Student Council and eight House Captains along with the house members. The spectators were enthralled by the various track events like 80 meters Race for both girls and boys. Girls Relay Race 80 meters sprint and Mixed Relay, obstacle race, Boys and Girls Skipping relay. A presentation ‘Yoga & Zumba Drill’ enthralled the crowd. The school choir sang beautiful songs keeping the parents gripping. The parents were really euphoric to witness the spectacular display of performances by their wards. Parents also were not behind; they also took part in “Three Legged Race” enthusiastically attracted a thunderous applause.
The Chief Guest Mr. Angad Bir Singh & , Guest of Honour, Mr. Maninder Singh Manku congratulated the winners and gave away the prizes. The Principal, Dr. Ivorine Castellas thanked the parents and congratulated the sports department for the huge success of the Annual Sports Meet. Program was concluded with the National Anthem.
