Shimla, May 10, 2026: In a decisive move to uphold organizational integrity, the Bharatiya Janata Party Himachal Pradesh has taken strict disciplinary action against four party workers for engaging in anti-party activities during the Solan Municipal Corporation elections. Following a thorough review by the disciplinary committee and acting on recommendations from district units, State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal suspended the primary membership of Smt. Rajni Rajput, State Executive Member of BJP Mahila Morcha, and Shri Gaurav Rajput, Mandal Co-Incharge of the IT Department, along with Shri Rampal and Shri Mukesh Verma from Ward No. 7. The party leadership emphasized a “zero tolerance” policy toward those contesting against official candidates, asserting that personal ambitions cannot override the partyтАЩs ideology or organizational interests. The BJP remains firm that no compromise will be made on matters of discipline, urging all workers to remain united to ensure a victory focused on development and transparency in the upcoming elections.
