The revamped facility was formally opened by Prof. (Dr.) Vivek Lal, Director, PGIMER, in the presence of senior officials from the Department of Posts and PGIMER. The initiative aims to transform the traditional Post Office into a vibrant, technology-enabled and youth-friendly space that resonates with the expectations of the younger generation. Addressing the gathering, Prof. Vivek Lal underscored the enduring trust and human connection associated with India Post, stating that despite rapid digital advancements, the commitment and reliability of postal services remain unmatched.
