His Holiness the Dalai Lama will travel to the United States for medical treatment on his knees later this month. This was informed here by the office of H H the Dalai Lama today.
The press note of Tseten Samdup Chhoekyapa the secretary to Dalai lama issued today said, “This is to inform all concerned that no engagements, including public audiences will be scheduled from June 20 onward until further notice. His Holiness the Dalai Lama is scheduled to travel to the United States for medical treatment on his knees. Upon his return to Dharamsala, regular engagements will resume.
The public schedule of His Holiness the Dalai Lama still mentioned on His web site are . two days of teachings on Key to the Middle Way in Dharamsala, HP, India on June 3 – 4, 2024 and Long Life Offering Ceremony in Dharamsala, HP, India on June 11, 2024
