PGIMER Chandigarh Receives Body Donation from Surrinder Mohan Sarin’s Family, Promoting the Cause of “देहदान-महादान”

Sidhivinayak time’s Shimla:The Department of Anatomy at PGIMER, Chandigarh, gratefully received the body of Mr. Surrinder Mohan Sarin, aged 86, son of Late Shri Banwari Lal, a resident of Sector 19-B, Chandigarh, who passed away on 8th December 2025. In a remarkable act of generosity, his son Mr. Hemant Sarin, daughter Mrs. Hemani Singh, and other family members donated his body to the institute on 9th December 2025.
